Victor brings over 25 years of skills, knowledge and experience in the fields of Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Team Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Adult Education, and is a Master Facilitator. His past achievements include: leading multiple large scale values based organizational and culture change initiatives in National corporations; designing and developing customized ‘Branded’ Leadership Development programs; and guiding team development.

Victor is an Alumnus of the University of Alberta holding degrees in Psychology and Education as well as a Certificate (with Distinction) in Adult and Continuing Education. Victor experiences life in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where he often enjoys a rejuvenating (skiing or golfing) trip to the Rocky Mountains.
