GREGORY D. METZLER, Founder and President



Mr. Metzler is Founder and President of Group Performance Associates, LLC, a successful international consulting practice specializing in helping organizations to more effectively implement and execute their strategy.
GPa primarily focuses on the aligning corporate performance with values and vision helping organizations to achieve their goals by creating greater value for more stakeholders. GPa also offers executive coaching and Metzler and his staff have coached executives and their teams from more than 75 countries around the world.

Group Performance Associates also created and operates TEAM 12 USA™; a process which provides advanced team and individual leadership training for executives on classic, America's Cup 12-meter class yachts.

Mr. Metzler is also co-founder and Executive Director of Oasis Biblical Counseling Center, which is a non-profit, ministry dedicated to providing psychological, emotional and spiritual guidance and support to members of the community in their time of need.

Mr. Metzler received a M.Sc. in Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University and a B.Sc. in Logistics from St. John's University (New York).

Greg lives in New Jersey with his wife Kathy. He has two grown children; a son, Christopher and a daughter, Cortney. His interests include seeing individuals and organizations realize their full potential through not only their achievement but also their contribution. His leisure activities include golf, sailing and skiing.
