Tone S. Ringstad

Tone holds a Master of Science in Applied Geophysics from the University of Oslo, a Diploma degree in business Economy and Master of Change Management from the Norwegian School of Management.

Tone has expertise in values management, brand values and leadership change processes. Combining 20 years of private enterprice with international leadership experience, she has a broad base for change management. She holds a Strategic Partner Agreement with Values Technology Inc and is a certified global values facilitator. She is a Mentor in the International Master Program of the Norwegian School of Management.


As a founder of the management consultancy company values@work she has built a business based on values driven processes. Tone has joined teams in the oil and gas, shipping, finance and health, and built an extensive customer base In the values methodology. Personal values development is completed with more than 800 leaders in different businesses in Scandinavia.
Track Record

» Tone has worked as a seisimc interpreter in Exxon in the Norwegian oil industry. In the Exxon sales and marketing business, she initiated the Retail Training department, the Esso Service Concept and the Retail Management Development Programs in Norway.

» In the global shipping and logistic company Wilh. Wilhelmsen Lines, she was responsible for the new values platform and organisational alignment in the global merger with Wallenius Lines. The seven development modules were executed in five regions over a two year period.

» As Partner in Dinamo Consulting Tone build expertice in change processes and brand implementation based on values.

» Co-founding and business development of the management company PEOPLE UNLIMITED built essential customer relationships and business experiences for further continuity of the values assessement method and values based initiatives.
