Orlando Reyes, M.A., is a leadership consultant and learner who is passionate about helping others discover and develop their potential. He has over 25 years of experience in leading business and technical organizations.

He is widely recognized in the industry for his ability to lead organizations through transformational phases yielding innovation and improved levels of performance. Orlando has had a steady progression of leadership positions throughout his career including: President/CEO of ONETTA Inc., a $68M VC-funded intelligent optical subsystem start-up, WW Vice-president of Operations at LifeScan and Vice-president of Research & Development at ALZA Corporation.

In 2010 he founded Transformational Leadership Institute, Inc, a company dedicated to the transformation of the leadership practice around the world. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Arts in Leadership and is an Accredited Leadership Values Coach using the Hall-Tonna Values Inventory (Values Technology).
