Elva has been a regular guest lecturer in Spain (Universidad de Duesto), Mexico (TEC de Monterrey), and Santa Clara University of California where she obtained her M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology.

She has been involved in Hall-Tonna model based research projects with several other universities for over 15 years.

An avid learner, with a willingness to look at herself, Elva pursues knowledge and insights as to what makes a human being a human being and what motivates growth and expanded consciousness.  Her belief is that to the degree people know the values priorities that motivate them, they have the capacity to learn.
